- What can I post?
- Anything you need done in Delhi NCR: a leaking tap, a bike that will not start, deep cleaning, a new kitchen, a whole house. If it is not in our list, choose "Something else" and describe it.
- Why is the first price a range?
- A plumber cannot know the exact price without seeing the problem. Vendors bid a range first. After the visit, your vendor sends a final price, and work starts only after you approve it.
- What if I do not like the final price?
- Say no. You pay only the visit fee shown before you reject (usually ₹99), and the job closes.
- When do I pay?
- For a Quick Service, after the job is done. For a Project Bid, one milestone at a time, and BidLagao releases it only when you approve the work.
- How are vendors checked?
- Every vendor uploads a government ID and a live selfie that our team checks before they can bid. Project vendors also share business documents and past work.
- What does BidLagao charge?
- Customers pay nothing extra. Vendors pay a 7-9% platform fee on completed jobs, shown on every bid they place.
